Chasm Falls

The unique feature of these falls is the deep crevice in the earth through which a thundering cascade of water rushes through at high speed. Try to get here early - the close parking fills up rapidly and the late-risers will have to hike further to see the falls. The longest hike is about a 4-mile loop but it is relatively easy. With severe Colorado winters, the road to the falls is only accessible from spring to autumn.
