Holzwarth Historic Site

Holzwarth Historic Site is a historic homestead located in the Kawuneeche Valley within Rocky Mountain National Park. The site was established in the early 1900s by the Holzwarth family, who were homesteaders and cattle ranchers. The site features several rustic cabins that were constructed by the Holzwarth family in the early 1900s as well as a barn, a corral, and other historic structures. The cabins are made of hand-hewn logs and are furnished with antiques and artifacts from the early 1900s, providing visitors with a glimpse into the daily lives of the homesteaders who settled in the area.
