Juniper Valley Ranch, a family-run restaurant south of Colorado Springs, offers a simple menu featuring skillet fried chicken, baked ham, and all the fixins. Established in 1951 by the owners' grandparents and Aunt Evelyn, the restaurant continues to serve the same dishes 70 years later. Five generations have upheld the tradition of providing scratch-made meals using fresh, local ingredients.
