Seven Keys Lodge

Seven Keys Lodge (formerly known as The Baldpate Inn) is a historic hotel and restaurant located in Estes Park, CO. The building was constructed in 1917 and has since been listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The inn is famous for its unique collection of more than 20,000 keys which are displayed throughout the property. According to legend, the original owner of the inn, Gordon MacGregor, challenged his friends to bring him interesting keys from all over the world. Over time the collection grew and today, guests can see keys of all shapes and sizes, including antique skeleton keys, hotel keys, and even keys to famous landmarks like the Eiffel Tower.
