Description:
It was first established in 1863 and had several years of prosperity as a paper mill. Powered by the nearby Hockanum River the mill eventually morphed into a restaurant where you could get Sunday brunch or a free birthday meal. You can see the ruins by taking the Adams Mill Trail. Take Trolland Turnpike to Adams Street and make a left into the parking area where you see stacked barrels at the entrance that read "Adams Mill." Drive to the back and you'll see the sign for the trail.
