Mystic Lighthouse

Officially known as the Mystic Seaport Light this is one of the more modern lighthouses. It was built in 1966 as a replica of the Brant Point Lighthouse on Nantucket. Now, an interpretive exhibit, the lighthouse offers visitors a multimedia film "Sentinels of the Sea," an educational experience that details the history of lighthouses from all over the U.S.
