The Forgotten War is ongoing and, as such, is America's longest war. This mural includes the statistics of the casualties before the cease-fire including 54,246 Americans KIA and a total of 628,833 UN belligerents KIA. Erected in 1986, the granite murals, the 19 statues, and the United Nations Wall ensure that the hundreds of thousands of warriors who died for this small peninsula are not forgotten.
