Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing

The Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing and International Drag Racing Hall of Fame is open everyday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. The average tour takes about 2 to 3 hours and nearly 300 cars are displayed in two buildings (the Drag Race building and the Antique Car building).The doors of the museum opened in 1976 and chronicles the history of the drag racing sport. The museum is home to the International Drag Racing Hall of Fame.
