Florida Citrus Tower

Oranges are to Florida as potatoes are to Idaho. In 1956, this 226-foot tower was originally built to allow visitors to see the acres of orange groves surrounding it. The antenna, which reaches 500 feet above sea level, makes it the highest observation structure in Florida. (Submitted by Alida Bigham)
