Description:

Spanning almost 6 acres this public park is located in St. Johns River in Riverside, considered one of the most historically important areas in Jacksonville. It was designed by the famous Olmstead brothers who were the masterminds behind more high-profile projects such as Central Park. The centerpiece of the park is the large bronze sculpture "Life" by Charles Adrian Pillars which honors Floridians who died in World War I. Perfect for strolling, fishing, or picnicking, this is a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon.
