"The Walking Dead" heroes finally get a much needed breather when they stroll into Alexandria which is actually a pretty affluent neighborhood in real life. The filming location is in the small town of Senoia, being quite picturesque and devoid of zombies. There are some businesses in Senoia that operate walking tours and the guides are well-versed in their TWD trivia.
