Billy Carter Service Station Museum

Famous for being Jimmy Carter's brother, Billy Carter was known as a good ol' southern boy - and the face of Billy Beer in 1977. Being somewhat of an entrepreneur he bought a gas and service station in 1972 and operated it himself. The gas pump and surrounding buildings still retain many of the original objects and artifacts from the time that Billy owned it. There's also a lot of memorabilia, history, and photos of the Carter family and their beginnings in Plains, GA.
