Downtown Hawkins "Stranger Things"

Georgia has become the Hollywood of the South - a filming location for wildly popular shows like "The Walking Dead" and now the retro hit "Stranger Things." The draw of towns in Georgia is that they look like they could be anywhere in America, even a small, fictional Indiana town called Hawkins. Jackson and many towns like it in the Atlanta suburbs have remained largely unchanged since the 1980s which fit the bill perfectly for the Duffer brothers and their phenomenal sci-fi horror series.
