Description:

The biggest honey producer on the island, this apiary's bee hives make only the purest form of honey from a single type of flower. The hives are moved so that the bees can continue to pollinate and produce single-flower honey. For around $10 you can take a tour of the apiary and taste the difference between the flower types - wilelaiki, macadamia nut blossom, and lehua. All of their honey is certified organic and produced without chemicals or artificial processes.
