A difficult hike is worth the reward - the chance to swim under a delightful 300-foot waterfall. First, get yourself an experienced guide and pack the essentials such as lots of water and snacks. It can rain quite heavily, so waterproof gear is necessary along with sun protection. Next, be prepared for steep elevation gains and a trek of at least 3 hours there and 3 hours back. If you think you're up to the challenge, head to Kalalau Trail which leads you to the beach. After the beach you'll see the trail leads the way to the falls. Keep the kids and dogs back at home; this is a trail for experienced hikers.
