Kalalau Lookout

On the west side of Kokee State Park is this magnificent lookout where you can take in a gorgeous view of the Kalalau Valley—the largest valley on Kauai’s Na Pali Coast. The overlook towers at 4000 feet above sea level, offering you an expansive view of the green valley and jagged mountains set before an azure backdrop of sea and sky. With a sight this breathtaking, why hurry away? Bring a picnic lunch and stop a while at one of the picnic tables provided. If you’d like to explore the valley up close, hike down the Kalalau Trail or take a boat tour down the Na’Pali coast.
