Description:

Visit the fully-restored 19th Century home of Abner and Lucy Wilcox, Christian missionaries from New England who set sail for the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1836. Book a guided tour of the Mission House to get a fascinating glimpse into early missionary life, and how many missionaries attempted to recreate the comforts of home within their new tropical environment. Some particularly interesting items in the house include the lava rock chimney, the fine crafted furniture and the antique wall clock that was hung all way back in 1866 but still keeps perfect time until this day.
