Kaanapali is Hawaii’s premiere resort with five hotels and six condominiums along the shore, a bustling shopping center with restaurants and shops galore, world-class golf courses, a renowned whaling museum, free live entertainment, and much more. Another huge attraction is the sunset cliff diving ceremony off Black Rock—a daily tribute to King Kahekili the Great of Maui (c. 1737-1794) who himself used to perform the feat.
