You don’t have to don a snorkel and fins to get a close-up glimpse of the beautiful aquatic life within the waters of Hawaii. The Maui Ocean Center’s aquarium boasts the largest coral displays in the nation, and behind its glass you’ll see graceful green sea turtles, rays, sharks, and hundreds of other animal species native or endemic to Hawaii. Experts are on site to answer any questions you may have about the sea life and digital audio guides are also available to enhance your visit. There are also two restaurants at the center, so you can easily make an entire day of your visit to this fun and educational state-of-the-art marine park.
