The Flying Buddha

Kulaniapia Falls is known as a spiritual and peaceful retreat. Hawaii's tallest private waterfall can only be accessed by guests of the nearby inn. A statue of a seated Buddha meditating with rushing waters in the background can be found at the end of the Bamboo Trail. (Submitted by Kristina Becvar)
