The pin-back button was patented in 1896 and ever since then it has been used to convey meanings via pictures or pithy phrases. Who knows how many have been created over the course of more than a century? The company was founded in 1995 and then the museum followed in 2010. On display are thousands of buttons, some created in the 19th century. The museum is open from 10 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.
