Old Muddy Post Office

The Old Muddy Post Office was considered one of the smallest post offices in the United States. According to some sources it was the second smallest post office in the country after the one in Ochopee, FL. The Old Muddy Post Office's small size is likely due to the fact that it was built during a time when many rural post offices were small and simple structures.
