Bean Blossom Covered Bridge

Captain Joseph Balsey built this bridge in 1880 and it has stayed intact ever since. It was once a main thoroughfare but 1936 saw the construction of State Road 135. Now it's enjoyed by visitors who want to spend time in a spot less frequented by traffic and tourists. It is one of the most painted and photographed covered bridges in the state.
