The affable Bill Larkin spent several years making a unique yard for his unique domed home. The area surrounding his abode is geometrically patterned with brightly colored rocks and statues - and his crowning achievement - almost 2,000 brilliantly painted birdhouses. Visiting him will get you a free birdhouse - he loves company and reportedly will gladly take a six-pack of beer.
