Giant Uncle Sam

The unique feature of Giant Uncle Sam is his left hand which is outstretched at pelvis level. The hand itself isn't unique, it's the view you get if you drive by his right side. His outstretched hand doesn't look like a hand. It looks like a…well…hopefully you get the idea!
