Description:
A gorgeous red brick facade makes this tall courthouse with its three towers stand out prominently within the picturesque town of Crown Point. It was built in the 1870s in the Greek Revival style with architect John Cochrane being responsible for its ornate appearance today. The courthouse is a popular spot for weddings and catered events, but there is a nice museum with artifacts, vintage textiles, clothing, and furniture, photographs, and other historical collections. The museum and courthouse schedules differ; please see their website for current info.
