Description:

South Side Soda Shop in Goshen began in 1910 as a small neighborhood grocery store before gradually evolving into a beloved local diner after a classic Bastian Blessings soda fountain was added in the 1940s. The building was restored and reopened in 1986 by Nick and Charity Boyd, who later added a vintage dining car to create its signature retro feel. Today the shop is known for comforting favorites such as its Philly cheesesteak, award winning chili, homemade soups including snapping turtle soup, and a wide selection of fresh pies.
