Dubuque Star Brewery

What better place to have a restaurant with wine-tasting than a historic building? The Dubuque Star Brewery was built in 1899 and went through highs and lows with prohibition and the subsequent repeal. Finally, in 2006, Stone Cliff Winery moved into the ground floor where they now serve wine and cheese samplings along with a variety of gourmet dishes. The other floors have been converted in to offices for unrelated businesses.
