Description:
The Museum of Danish America is the nation’s leading museum dedicated to preserving and celebrating Danish heritage in the United States. Founded in 1983 and opened in its current Danish-inspired building in 1994, the museum explores the stories of Danish immigrants through exhibits, artifacts, genealogy resources, and cultural programs. Visitors can browse more than 40,000 artifacts, stroll the scenic Jens Jensen Prairie Landscape Park, and discover how Danish traditions helped shape communities across America.
