Johnny Kaw

This giant Johnny Kaw is made of cement poured over a steel skeleton and has withstood Kansas weather since 1966. Mr. Kaw is a mythical Kansas settler of god-like attributes - creating the landscape and scenery of this state in the Midwest. He holds a giant scythe which apparently he needed to dig the Kansas River Valley and hack off the funnels of tornadoes.
