Little House on the Prairie Museum

Although the small one-room cabin is not the original one Laura herself lived in, it was constructed using the descriptions the writer had used in her books. The current cabin was rebuilt in 2018 and sits on the land where Laura and her family eked out their frontier existence. Nearby are a schoolroom and post office built in the humble prairie style of the late 1800s. Admission is only $3 per adult and hours are normally 10 AM to 5 PM daily.
