UPDATE: Sadly, the Mt Zion Covered Bridge was destroyed by a fire in April, 2021. Built in 1871, this nicely kept covered bridge was built in the Burr arch truss design. It is 246 feet long and 11 feet wide and is the longest multi-span bridge in Kentucky. The bridge which crosses Beech Fork is only open to foot traffic. Nearby attractions include Oscar Getz Museum of Whiskey History, Ruley's Santa Clause Land, and Great American Dollhouse Museum.
