Description:

Open April 1 through October 15, this is Louisiana's largest alligator park. "Chewy," a 26-foot tall alligator, will greet you at the gate as you enter the parking lot. The 7-acre park features cajun music, cajun cuisine, and lots of hungry alligators. Live feeding shows are every hour throughout the day. You can even have your picture taken with a live gator! There's also a bird sanctuary in the park with emus, duck, and geese if the gators become too scary for the youngsters. Head across the bridge and you'll enter "The Jungle" where you'll see snakes and the "Rocky Racoon Village." Next stop and you're in "Turtle Town" inhabited completely by box turtles and, if you're hungry, stop by the "Gator Bites Snack Shop."
