Get your dose of the green potion at this historic bar that has seen over 200 years pass in New Orleans. Named after the pirate Jean Lafitte this is Louisiana's oldest and coolest bar. As the name suggests absinthe is the main theme among its drinks so order something else if you're not a fan of black licorice!
