Giant Old Fisherman

This giant bearded fellow is dressed in yellow - from head to toe in a rain slicker. Interestingly enough, locals know him as the statue with the oddly positioned left hand. Seen from a certain angle the thumb - which juts out at hip position - looks like something other than a thumb, ahem!
