Owls Head Transportation Museum

Be sure to set a side a couple of hours for this museum; there is enough material to last an entire day! Most of the collection is pre-1940s which is part of the mission of the museum - to preserve, display, and educate the public on the history of transportation. Some unique pieces include a 1900 hansom cab, an 1804 glider, and an 1879 highwheeler bicycle.
