1A Relics in Ellsworth, Maine, is a whimsically eclectic antiques and collectibles emporium housed in a striking barn turned visual spectacle along Route 1A. The repurposed 1920s structure, complete with turrets, ocular “hamster wheel” windows, and odd architectural flourishes, now spans approximately 12,000 square feet and features around 130 vendor booths full of vintage treasures and local art. Visitors often describe 1A Relics as less of a shop and more like stepping into a living museum or labyrinth of nostalgia, where every turn reveals an unexpected oddity.
