Graffiti Alley

Graffiti Alley has the distinction of being the only location where spray-painting the side of a building is legal - in any other spot, graffiti carries a fine of almost $3,000 bucks. Ironically, graffiti is what changed this little walkway around - the Graffiti Warehouse art studio picked this spot as its headquarters in hopes of eradicating criminal activity. It seems to have worked - it now is known for urban art instead of the drug abuse and solicitation that used to take place here.
