Description:
This idyllic neighborhood in Bethesda is famous for the 1,200 cherry trees that line the streets. The best time to see them bloom is in late March to early April. They were planted in the 1930s and have been thriving yearly ever since. It's a gorgeous area, too - the houses and architecture are stunning. The Kenwood area is a great alternative to other cherry blossom sites which may be more crowded with tourists.
