Description:

Help a nonprofit out and drop your spare change or dollars in Hope, a life-sized cow statue that doubles as a giant "piggy" bank. Craig's Place, a homeless shelter, was gifted with Hope by the producers of a documentary "Homeless in College Town." Amherst artist Kamil Peters fashioned his hollow bovine out of propane tanks and oil drums. The six-foot-tall cow, wearing mismatched pairs of shoes on fore and hind legs, accepts donations through her mouth.
