Lizzie Borden Cemetery Plot

The woman who was famously acquitted of axe-murdering her parents died at the age of 66. Lizzie Borden died wealthy, much of the money in trust or distributed as she saw fit - to family, friends, and charitable organizations such as an animal rescue league. Oak Grove Cemetery, featuring Gothic Revival architecture, is the final resting place for Fall River's creme de la creme - and where the entire Borden family is buried.
