Rock Fossil & Dinosaur Shop

This is a gem-lover's dream and a source of enjoyment for kids too. For $20 per bag of panning sand, adults and kids can dig for small treasures and walk away with pockets full of semi-precious stones. The other attraction here is the farm-style abode for the dinosaurs where you can see a velociraptor at play, or the huge, toothy head of a T-Rex. Amazingly, this small place has some great fossil finds such as dinosaur footprints. Plan your visit for April to October; they're closed the rest of the year!
