Stone Zoo

This small zoo of 26 acres has had its problems since its opening in 1905. Once a popular attraction in the 70s, the zoo lost funding and was forced to shut down. Recently reopened, it is bouncing back rapidly and has the exhibits to prove it. The most sought after exhibits are the birds of prey demonstrations and the meerkat habitat. To see the birds of prey you'll have to visit between May and September.
