The Homestead of John Adams

Also called Peacefield, the 2nd president's homestead certainly lives up to its name. Rolling green pastures, ivy climbing the mansion exterior, and an English-style garden make this historic landmark as beautiful as it is serene. While you have to pay to join a tour, strolling the grounds and gardens is free of charge.
