Big Red Lighthouse

Also known as Holland Harbor Light, this automated tower was first lit in 1872. The lighthouse overlooks a channel that connects Lake Michigan to Lake Macatawa. While the lighthouse itself isn't located on public property, one must cross public property to get to it. Because of this most visitors choose to view the lighthouse from across the channel.
