Description:
This large, 140-acre park is instantly recognizable by Nessie, the giant Loch Ness Monster who lives in the pond outside the gates. The zoo is home to over 2,000 animals representing more than 200 species. Not only is this a zoo but it is a center for education. The zoo is a 6th grade magnet school where 60 kids are chosen to attend every year.
