Natural arches make fine photo subjects. Little Portal Point, a stone arch jutting out over Lake Superior is accessible via a trail loop. For a spectacular day hike, take the 10.4 mile Chapel Loop - and you won't be disappointed. The trail which meanders alongside the lake includes magnificent waterfalls and woods.
