Tahquamenon Falls

A beautiful park in the Upper Peninsula, Tahquamenon Falls State Park is the second largest in Michigan. The park borders on Lake Michigan and the two falls originate from the Tahquamenon River. The park and falls are a great tourist attraction all four seasons with hiking and snowmobile trails. Located in a serenely beautiful setting, the falls inspired works by Longfellow and contemporary singer Sufjan Stevens.
