Description:
Located in Lakeside Park in Rogers City, MI, this replica of the Statue of Liberty's torch was sculpted by Tom Moran of Moran Iron Works. It debuted in Onaway's July 4th parade in 2004. The torch is roughly three-quarters the size of the original and was initially designed to shoot real fire. However, the flammable part has since been replaced with a flame made of glittery metal.
