Transcending

This circular sculpture, placed in Hart Plaza, looks like a doorway into another dimension. Two steel arcs rise to meet each other,creating a diameter close to 63 feet. Designed David Barr and Sergio de Giusti, the graceful steel structure weighs close to 27 tons.
